Maybe it’s me but Adobe support has really been going down hill with the outsourcing of their support center. He/She then referred me to same support page that I was on when I was contacted by the agent. Big mistake!Īfter 40 minutes of explaining and re-explaining the problem the tech agent finally told me that I had a “technical issue” and could not help. I decided to see if he/she could help me.
